Profipack is family company, with experience of more than 20 years on the market. HOT FOIL STAMPING: Involves the precise transfer of stamping foil onto materials. EMBOSSING: This technique generates a raised relief on materials without incorporating foil. Our embossing dies are available in brass, while we use forces made from brass or hard plastics. DIE CUTTING TOOLS WITH INTEGRATED EMBOSSING: This tooling facilitates embossing and cutting operations simultaneously in one pass. FLUTED FOILING: This tooling combines embossing and hot foil stamping in a single pass. MICRORELIEF / HOLOGRAMS / PROTECTIVE ELEMENTS: Fine structure foiling achieves intriguing effects. We create protective elements without the use of holographic foil. BRAILLE EMBOSSING: Utilizing a universal female matrix, primarily employing major Braille fonts in use across Europe. SILICONE TOOLING: Enables foil transfer for plastic application using silicone dies. THIN PLATE TOOLING: Utilizing brass dies mounted on steel plates, tailored according to your machine's specifications.

The company provides the production and supply of hair products, toilet cases and glass nail files. In our factory we can produce any moulded parts by injection moulding technology of thermoplastic until clamping force 1100 KN and we can work with almost all technological plastic. Injection moulding technology ensure a production of very quality and accurate moulded parts and perfectly designed mould eliminates additional shaping. Material loses are reduced to minimum because of mash and re-use of the thermoplastic remainders. Injection cycle is quite fast and possible to far-reaching automate. Injection moulding technology guarantee very time and financial effectiveness production of moulded parts that reflects to the final price of such a products. In production cycle we use one of the best and the most modern injection machines of german brand FERROMATIK Milacron. To ensure our client all-inclusive service we supply injection moulds, assembling of moulded part, and their printing and packing.
