Company Vaněk, s.r.o. is a completely Czech company that manufactures high-quality pressure vessels and pressure equipment. Both the serial and single-piece production of pressure vessels follows the customer’s specific requirements. They are designed to be used in combination with all types of media, spanning a wide range of temperatures and pressures. They are made of carbon steel, noble steel, or zinc-coated or rubberized materials. Tubular heat exchangers are designed for indirect heat exchange between two media. Air reservoirs are designed, approved and manufactured in accordance with ČSN EN 286. They are used in combination with pneumatic brakes and auxiliary equipment of both road and railroad vehicles.

We produce the single- or multi-material plastic profiles according to specific customer requirements. For our production we use mainly following materials: soft and hard PVC, PP, PE and PS. Moplast is certified according to ISO 9001.

We produce hydraulic presses since 1994 and we already have many satisfied customers. Hydraulic presses are designed for the implementation of the pressing and similar operations in engineering production. On the basis of these experiences are now machines with hydraulics for wide use in the industry. Our production includes the following groups of presses: vertical and horizontal baling presses for municipal waste, textiles and metalshydraulic presses for repair shops, metalwork, and other areas where pressing procedures with rigid press fit forces up to 5000 kN are needed; specific implementation of presses with rigid press fit forces up to 15 000 kN; pneumatic-hydraulic presses with a power up to 200 kN. Our hydraulic presses are designed, in principle, on the basis of the requirements of the customers and thus correspond to the specific needs of technological processes.

Auspi Europe has been set up in order to support the customer service within Europe. Auspi now is supporting customers either from european office or through Shenzen (PRC) operation. The main focus is on production of printed circuit boards and flexible printed circuits, serving a wide range of customers from automotive, industrial, medical and telecommunication field.
