The production of electric machines and equipment started back in 1952. For the design to be improved and to make possible the electric machines servicing in all world ports, the production of the high quality electric machines and equipment started in 1967 under the license agreement signed with Siemens. Thanks to the experience gained during the period of applying the License, Uljanik TESU has become the most important manufacturer of synchronous generators in Croatia.
