De Dolle Brouwers brew a limited range of remarkable beers: Oerbier, Arabier, Boskeun, Dulle Teve, Stille Nacht, and Stout. All beers from De Dolle Brouwers are unfiltered, unpasteurized, and undergo bottle conditioning. The brewery in Esen can be visited by appointment for groups of at least 30 people (also during the week, but not on Tuesdays and Wednesdays).

Björn and Pieter brew no less than 55 different regional beers. The most famous are Netebuk, Vlaskapelle, and Manten and Kalle. A Paenhuys is a brewery like every village used to have. The Paenhuys or pannenhuis made its brewing facilities available to the villagers to create their own brews and assisted them with the paenen or brewing process. On occasions such as weddings, births, or other celebrations, a brew was made that would be served a few weeks later. The Paenhuys provided them with the ingredients and took a portion of the beer if it turned out to be good. Even today, you can brew your own beer at brewery t’Paenhuys.
