Brasserie C regularly releases new beers as a sign of its commitment to innovation. In 2014 it launched Torpah, a family of three single-hop beers available as 30, 60 and 90, a reference to each beer's place on the international bittering unit scale (IBU) and an invitation to taste the power of 3 hops that have been treated differently but that each start from the same malted base.
