Belrey Fibres SA is a family owned textile recycling company with state-of-the-art machinery and is based in Mouscron, Belgium. Our recycled fibres in polypropylene, polyester and nylon serve a wide variety of end uses such as nonwovens for various industries : automotive, geotextiles, drainage, isolation, compounding and yarn spinning. Another recovery route is regranulation and compounding, which transforms thermoplastic textile waste into granules to manufacture plastic parts. Sustainability is at the heart of the Belrey Fibres strategy. To meet the environmental challenges, we defined an innovative organization with a team that is united around a passion for recycling. As a cost-effective and “greener” alternative to virgin materials, recycled synthetic fibres serve as secondary material for nonwovens. Through our customized blending and processing equipment we are able to produce clean and homogenous fibres. As we are one of the leading global companies in our area, we have access to fibres worldwide. By working together with our suppliers, we help them to divert textile material from landfill and to save costs for waste disposal. The recovery of waste materials as a secondary resource helps to cut down raw material expenses. We try to understand what you want to achieve and are able to develop a custom-made solution.

It has been designed to detect, measure and analyze the root causes of excessive levels of vibration and temperature. The Wi-care system is a cost-effective tool used to report any vibration or temperature deviation in a short time. The I-CARE team of engineers using the data from Wi-care is able to give you a condition monitoring remote diagnosis at any time 24 hours a day/7 days a week. The condition based maintenance partnership has been created to give you the chance to correct a potential problem before it occurs. The analysis of vibration data is based on a human spectrum analysis, all our diagnostics are made by ISO certified (level 1 or 2) engineers. Nevertheless, the use of alarm and alert levels in the system is interesting in order to alert people’s attention. Exceeding an alarm level automatically induces the collection of the vibration spectrum and the recording of temperature data.
