Confiserie Certin is a family-owned business since 1963, driven solely by a passion for the craft. Each product has been created and is always conceived with respect for traditional recipes, while also being attentive to contemporary tastes. We select our raw materials with the utmost care, paying attention to both their origin and quality. We produce in the traditional way, using copper cauldrons, crafting fruit pastes and pralines with artisanal liqueurs. As a craft brewery, we brew our beers on a small scale, with a low degree of mechanization and with a lot of love for brewing and the beers produced. You can rightly say that NOORderbierke and ZUIDerbierke are true Snoase beers, brewed and bottled on Snoase soil! Our artisanally brewed tasting beers are brewed according to our own original recipe.
