We have also adjusted our recipe for the choux pastry, resulting in delicious and uniform products. Frozen Pidy also has an extensive Frozen range. As a trendsetter, Pidy has developed the "pre-baked" tarts. This is a partially baked shortcrust pastry tart with only advantages.

Benoit Nihant is a chocolatier who offers a wide range of products. Haute couture collection: chocolate candies offered in assortments (small chocolate discs with both classic and spicy flavors). Creations: truffles, salted caramels, celestial treats, samba hearts, addict,... Delicubes: orange peels, lemon peels, clementines, ginger, grapefruits, crunchy almonds, pecans,... Royal Chocolade produces thin chocolate leaves that can be incorporated into various sweet creations. We came up with the idea to make chocolate leaves instead of crispy chips, a concept that has been very well received over the years. However, we mainly work for private label. Our production almost entirely crosses borders, reaching as many as 86 different countries. In America, we have our own sales office.
