Azienda Agricola Prada was founded in 2017 from our passion for nature. A family-run business that specializes in snail farming, our snails are raised outdoors using a 100% natural method and are available for gastronomy and catering, both live, precooked, and preserved. We also have a cosmetic line based on pure snail slime. Starting in 2020, we will also introduce the production of berries, jams, and saffron.
