The company "TOR" was formed in 1992. From the very beginning, the company's management planned to produce devices not only equal to, but also superior in quality to the world's developments. The torus-200 welding machine was one of the first Russian-made inverters. It has produced a truly revolutionary effect on the Russian market of welding equipment! Its technical parameters were not inferior to foreign analogues of European production, and the price was much lower. Currently, thanks to the improvement of the technological process, we have managed to increase production capacity, which has allowed us to increase production volumes and expand the line of torus devices from household to industrial, while maintaining high quality and affordable prices. But the demands of the market are constantly growing, and our company does not stand still either. Large government projects require powerful welding equipment. We have patented and started mass production of another line of welding equipment under the brand "Viking". The company's TOR welding equipment is certified by NAKS (National welding control Agency). All production and Assembly of TORUS and VIKING welding inverters is carried out in Russia by highly qualified and carefully selected personnel. Quality control is performed at every stage of the building process. All devices undergo multi-stage testing before release.

Since 2009, the Innovative Transport Plant has been designing and producing powerful, commodious, fuel-efficient, diesel high-mobility vehicles - an indispensable transport in the absence of roads: - High - speed all-terrain amphibious vehicles, rocket furnaces, - Air towing vehicles for skiers, - Airboats of different passenger capacity and air installations for them, - Water jet boats with plastic and aluminum hulls, - Nerpa passenger and cargo air all-terrain vehicles, - Nerpa Arctic air all-terrain vehicles with a carrying capacity of up to 30 tons. Young specialists - graduates of the Kuzbass State Technical University work in the Design Department of the Innovative Transport Plant, highly qualified mechanics and welders of argon-arc welding are engaged in the assembly of air all-terrain vehicles. Protection of patents for technical inventions is provided by the Federal Service for Intellectual Property. The success of constant research activities in the field of innovative transport designing for the Arctic is confirmed by the annual registration of new patents - there are already 38 patented innovations, and dozens of new inventions are awaiting registration in the near future.

We provide tailor made or standard all steel cast products (including pipes, rolls, liners) defined by DIN-EN 10293, duplex/superduplex, stainless steel, adamite, sferoidal and acicular iron and ductile iron. Castings can be supplied up to 25 tons single piece in as cast, finished machined or assembled form. Centrifugally casted pipes rollers, bi-metallic products and liners can be provided up to; Ø800 mm OD and 6.000 mm length in horizontal centrifugal casting 1x up to Ø700 mm OD, 700 mm length total weight 550 kg vertical centrifugal casting 1x up to Ø1.000 mm OD, 1.000 mm length total weight 8.000 kg vertical centrifugal casting 1x up to Ø1.800 mm OD, 2.000 mm length. We also supply open die forging parts. Forged parts can be supplied from 2500 kg, 4300 kg and 7200 kg ingots in special alloys according to customer specifications. Upon requirements, Argon Oxygen Decarburising Converter (AOD) is used to further eliminate undesired elements in the steel as well as to minimize the dissolved gases such as O, N and H for the parts under 5 tons single piece. AOD secures low carbon (<0, 010) , low sulphur (<0, 003) , and low hydrogen (<2 ppm) for speciality alloy castings used in high demanding applications such as offshore, energy, defence, heavy-lifting and mining. Third party inspector service from international auditing companies such as BV, GL, DNV... during or after production period is provided according to customer request.
