Digital Torque & Angle Wrench Sturtevant Richmont has long been known for torque wrenches that can stand up to the rigors of the industrial world. Part of that legendary durability comes from size. The DTC is our newest digital torque and angle wrench. This is a great audit or assembly tool, with built-in innovation. We've taken the transducer from the Exacta 2 Series wrench and placed in the body of our CCM wrench. It is now half the weight of an Exacta Series wrench and the slimmer profile gives you access to points that may have been difficult to reach with an Exacta. We packed in some great features like torque and angle modes of operation. The result is a tool is like no other. Agile. Slim. Lightweight. The DTC has a b/w display and colored light bands on the side of the wrench. Those bands change yellow to green when the target values are achieved. An auditory beep and the handle vibrates provide two additional modes of operator focused error proofing guidance.

The all-new TAC (Torque & Angle Control) is really two wrenches in one. First, and foremost, it is a traditional mechanical click-wrench. When the preset torque value is achieved, the internal mechanism moves, striking the side of the flattened case. That creates a distinctive sound. The operator stops pulling when the wrench clicked, the LED flashes green, and the display on the Global 400 advances the batch count and flashes green. Note that there are two torque values shown on the Global 400 display. There is the "click" torque value, the point at which the wrench clicked. There is also the peak value. This is the point at which the operator stopped pulling. The display to the right also shows that the appropriate torque value was achieved 22 degrees of rotation after snug torque was achieved. 2.4 GHz Preset Clicker-Type Torque Wrenches Sturtevant Richmont 2.4 GHz Preset Clicker-Type Torque Wrenches incorporate the accuracy, repeatability and durability of our preset torque wrench lines that have made them a staple of assembly lines in many industries. The addition of the radio adds rapid operator and controller communication capability so they can be readily incorporated into your error-proofing approach. Uses the legendary SR LTC-Series Preset Interchangeable Head Torque Wrench as it's mechanical base, so you get the same incredible repeatability and durability we provide all our assembly customers. The tool's light weight and smooth vinyl grip provide excellent ergonomics and reduce the onset and level of operator fatigue. The SR Dovetail provides exceptional strength and rigidity, and accepts any of our over 140 Interchangeable Heads. Those tools featuring ratchets use the SR Slide Pin Ratchet, with it's legendary strength and maintenance simplicity.

When the set torque is reached, the rotary slip clutch is activated. At the same time, a signal that it has been fully tightened is transmitted by radio. The LED "feedback" system lights up in the handle blue for OK, red for NG. An R-CM receiver (successor to the R-FH256) can recognise the IDs of up to four torque tools. However, simultaneous transmissions are not supported. By using it, a "Poka Yoke" error prevention system can be easily implemented. Using the optional SB-FH2 setting box and setting software, communication settings for R-CM can be easily executed (wireless). The R-CM receiver can control the number of tightening operations of a torque spanner or torque screwdriver. The RTDFH / RNTDFH wireless screwdrivers comply with the telecommunication standards in Japan, the USA, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Mexico, Vietnam, China, the EU, South Korea, Russia and India (information status June 2021).

It is strong and robust and designed especially for a workshop environment. The Wrenchmate can be fitted to a wall, steel structure or at the end of a bench or workstation. The Wrenchmate has a large, easy-to-read screen with clear LED digits and a clever dual-colour torque display that is visible in all light conditions. Torque Control Verifier with Ethernet. The TCV was one of the first torque controllers to hit the market. That was back in 1999. Paired with an SLTC FM-2.4 GHz preset click wrench, the TCV quickly found a spot in automotive plants around the world. In 2017 we updated the TCV to pair with two-click wrenches for simultaneous operation. Enter the TCV e2! The wireless error-proofing world is rocked again. The TCV e2 can be either network or I/O-driven. It is perfect for indexing lines. The TCV e2 can be used with the legendary SLTC FM 2.4 GHz preset click wrench and/or the all-new TAC digital torque and angle click wrench. The TVC e2 manages up to 10 parameters and can be paired with up to a total of 10 tools. Tools are paired with parameters. Operators work independently. The Torque Control Verifier (TCV) is ideal when the application calls for accuracy, repeatability and simplicity of the 2.4 GHz Wireless Preset Clicker-Type Torque Wrench, and only a single tool at the station needs to be controlled. The TCV-FM provides verification to the operator on the quality of each use, plus DC 24V relays and I/O port for line controller communications (PLC). The TCV-FM was created for those who desire to integrate their manual torque wrenches into their control line automation, without necessarily needing all of the features of the PTV-FM. The TCV performs the comparison and communication functions required for basic control, but without the stand-alone capabilities of the PTV.
