The Jan Kowalczyk Foundry has been operating since 1990. In recent years, the company has been expanded, modernized, and equipped with an automated molding line from WEBAK. Our clients include both domestic and foreign companies (including Germany, Sweden, Lithuania, Estonia, and the Czech Republic). We produce high-quality castings from gray iron EN-GJL-150 and EN-GJL-200, as well as chromium iron ZlCr 0.8, ZlCr 1.5, and ZlCr 2.5. From gray iron, we manufacture: machine castings, furnace castings, fireplaces, cast iron garden furniture, sewer castings, and other custom orders. Castings made from chromium iron include: grates for boilers 300N, 400N, 300D, 300S, 200S, 230S, 345, 250S, 395, caps Rn 940, Ms 10, Ms 997, side seals, front seals, Ms 7 chain wheel, deflectors, and other cast iron elements used in modernization and repairs of older boiler types. We produce type 'S' and 'D' grates with holes. Our grates are not 'lightweight' but are produced according to structural weight, which guarantees their long-lasting durability! We also manufacture gray iron castings to customer specifications, weighing up to 1000 kg. We have our own laboratory equipped with an emission spectrometer from the Swiss company ARL. We continuously test the chemical composition of the melted iron. Upon customer request, we issue appropriate certificates.
