Company founder Herbert Wortmann completed his master craftsman examination in plumbing and heating in 1960 and the master examination in central heating and ventilation in 1967. In 1965, Herbert Wortmann took over the branch of an external company in the sanitary and heating sector, along with the entire staff from Lingen. The continuous development of the company necessitated the move to our current headquarters in the industrial area north on Schillerstraße in Lingen in 1968. Since 1985, his son Axel Wortmann, who passed the examination in central heating and ventilation and is a registered gas and water installer, has been part of the management team. He is supported by a team of motivated employees and his two sisters, Bärbel Wortmann-Abeln and Petra Krämer.
