Export and import of live cattle, veal, and turkey from Europe to Turkey. Since 2015, we have diversified into the sale and trading of livestock. We primarily import calves, Salers, Limousins, and also mixed breeds (approximately 30,000 heads in 2015) from France to export to Turkey. The animals must meet specific Turkish standards. The client has the option to participate in the slaughtering process and visit our facilities to observe the deboning. Our clients can thus ensure compliance with ritual slaughtering practices. We are made up of a team of 20 people. A team of deboners processes a daily quantity of around 40,000 kg. We have a freezer that can accommodate approximately 1,870 pallets. Our priorities are beef, veal, lamb, and poultry.
