ZYLFIX is a machine designed for the assembly and disassembly of various types of hydraulic cylinders. Thanks to its innovative design, assemblies, repairs, and maintenance on large cylinders can be efficiently and safely carried out by just one technician. The self-supporting frame eliminates the need for floor anchoring, requiring only a power connection for operation. The drives for the torque-controlled rotary drive to close or open the piston connection and the drive operation for pulling the cylinder tube are purely electric and meet the latest technical standards. The accuracy of the set and achieved cutoff torque is exceptionally precise. The joystick operation combined with the text display is modern, simple, and safe to handle. The required torques are set and displayed directly on the screen. Torque up to 50,000 Nm, cylinder length up to 6000 mm, and diameter up to 500 mm.
