Technology Consulting When it comes to plastics, many of our customers initially think of injection molding. This process alone has hundreds of sub-processes such as injection molding, gas counter-pressure, gas internal pressure, water internal pressure, variothermal tempering, MuCell, TSG (foaming agent injection molding), 2K, multi-K, organosheet, monosandwich, coinjection, outsert technology, assembly injection molding, injection pressing….. Combined with approximately 30,000 plastic raw materials, countless tooling techniques, a wide variety of coating and finishing processes, and several thousand processors, it is often nearly impossible for even trained plastic engineers to propose a targeted ideal solution for a project. Processes such as SMC, BMC, TwinSheet, deep drawing, polyurethane, DCPD, GFRP, CFRP, AFRP, silicone and rubber processing, extrusion, blow molding, rotational molding …… further complicate the selection process exponentially.
