At Theodor Brandt GmbH, we have manufactured brake, clutch and drive linings since 1967. It all started in 1967, when our company founder, Theodor Brandt, took over the one-off parts and small batch production in the brake lining manufacturing department, which had been discarded by JURID. We are an medium-sized business which currently employs 20 people. Our strength continues to lie in the manufacturing of one-off parts and small batches. Our short communication channels and flexible machinery allows to be faster than our competitors – and at competitive prices. We have in-house steel production facilities, as well as our own adhesive facilities. We manufacture exclusively at our site in Nettersheim-Tondorf, at the heart of the Eifel region in western Germany. We look forward to showing you our speed and quality. All required protective coatings are made in certified external companies. The basic condition for cooperation is meeting all environmental requirements. Our capabilities include the following metal protective coatings: - aluminum anodizing (soft and hard); - cataphoresis (electrophoretic painting); - electropolishing; - galvanic zinc; - hot-dip galvanized (galvanizing metal); - powder coating. As a production company, we offer: - metal sandblasting of crude steel; - removing paint coatings by sandblasting and soda blasting (without heating and damaging the surface); - glass blasting of stainless steel and aluminum; - unifying the surface after machining and welding; - large-area painting with a hydrodynamic, airless unit.

Max. product dimensions W=4500mm L=8000mm H=3400mm. Sandblasting is also available for stainless steel, which is separated from other steel to prevent contamination. Upon customer request, we also employ laser removal of impurities on the surface. Customers can choose from different sandblasting roughnesses depending on project needs.
