Stabilastic Telescopic Springs

Stabilastic telescopic springs protect high-precision ball screw spindles, threads, and guide rods from contamination, chips, and mechanical damage. Springs made from hardened, high-quality spring steel ensure excellent protection against contamination, chips, and mechanical damage to the elements being protected, even when extended. Thanks to a specially developed manufacturing method and optimally tuned spring force, the spring can be easily compressed and extended. The degree of horizontal deflection and vertical displacement is minimal. A minimal overlap rate (overlap of individual coils) of 40 percent. Can be wrapped up to size 54/1120/120. Easy installation by sliding onto the machine parts.
