Flexible Cover Aprons / Aluflex

Flexible cover skirts made of steel, brass, and aluminum profiles protect guide rails and exposed machine parts. Lightweight, highly flexible aluminum edge skirt, particularly suitable for protecting machine parts from the constant impact of hot chips. Made from anodized aluminum precision profiles that are securely connected by polyurethane edges (joints). The symmetrical shape of the aluminum profile in the area of the edge receptacle ensures high flexibility in both bending directions. The close profile spacing provides excellent protection for the edge. Thanks to an effective connection technique, complete skirts can be easily extended from individual rods and edge profiles. Splash and spray water resistant according to IP 54.
