This will be achieved through the continuous improvement of professional, formal, and social competencies. The first and most well-known gearbox was documented around 300 BC. Since that time, various drive elements and gearboxes have been built. While Stadler Antriebstechnik does not have centuries of practical experience, we have been engaged in the production of drive elements for several decades and are familiar with the practical developments of drive elements over the last 30 years. The name Stadler Antriebstechnik stands for the consulting and manufacturing of mechanical drive elements that transmit forces and movements. Drive elements and smaller gearbox units are manufactured in-house up to VZ-Qualität 4. Laser-printed test protocols confirm the roundness and involute accuracy. Approximately 1,000 m² is available with a variety of gear milling and grinding machines for processing customer orders. For example, numerous gear grinding machines with different grinding technologies: Rolling method Single part method Dry grinding method Wet grinding method To fit into our customers' supply chain, we adapt our supply chain accordingly. It is decided individually whether processing stages – e.g., heat treatment – need to be outsourced. If, from a product technical perspective, it must be outsourced (e.g., straightening large shafts on our own 10,000t press), this processing stage, meaning the long-standing supplier, is subjected to an internal quality control check, and this is documented. This control has arisen not only from our DIN EN ISO 9001 certification but also from our many years of experience in the market.
