The estate of Canna and Baccogna, located in the municipality of Termini Imerese, is dominated by a 17th-century building that was restored in the 1950s by Gioacchino Saeli, son of Manfredo Saeli and Baroness Grazia La Lomia. Here, you will find 33 hectares of olive groves, cultivated by the same company, immersed in the emerald green of spring and the golden wheat of summer. The main variety is Biancolilla, but there are also trees of Nocellara, Carolea, and FS17. When the harvest begins in mid-October, the olives are milled within a few hours to ensure the highest quality. Thus, after over half a century of tradition and excellent oil sold at the mill as a premium and highly sought-after product, in 1997 the company decided to bottle it and bring it to market, guaranteeing the same authenticity characteristics as in the past. In 2009, the company embraced organic farming, once again demonstrating sensitivity and attention to our environment.
