For about 30 years, we have been operating in the plastics sector. We produce thermoformed parts used in the mechanical, agricultural, automotive industries, advertising, and furniture. The maximum size of the thermoformed products we manufacture is 1800x1000 mm. Thermoforming allows for the replacement of traditional materials, such as sheet metal, steel, and fiberglass, with high-strength and functional plastic materials, ensuring tangible and multiple advantages for both aesthetic appeal and cost-effectiveness. In the trimming departments, with the aid of CNC machining centers, the thermoformed products are cut and drilled, achieving an excellent level of precision. For materials in stock (ABS, acrylic, polystyrene, polycarbonate, HDPE), we can provide, upon request, custom-cut sheets or drawings in very short lead times, even in minimal quantities.
