Siekerkotte has been a competent partner for 25 years in the electric heating of liquids, gases, and solids. From the engineering of process-specific designs to the commissioning of the necessary control technology, Siekerkotte supports its customers in implementing heating solutions. We provide both screw-in heating elements for machine and apparatus construction as well as complex inline heaters in the MW range, including the appropriate thyristor control for the process industry and the energy market. After coordinating with our customers regarding specific framework conditions (medium, thermal output, control/supervision of the system, etc.), we calculate and develop an individual heating solution tailored to those conditions. With the help of a 3D sketch and the essential specification data, the customer can already incorporate the heater into their further plant planning during the quotation phase. All essential components, devices, and systems are manufactured on-site (mechanical processing, welding, electrical work, control construction), while our project management and documentation monitor quality and delivery reliability. For acceptance, we collaborate with leading certification companies such as TÜV, GL, DNV, BV, Lloyds, etc. After delivery, we offer our customers on-site commissioning upon request. Depending on the product solution, we can maintain or overhaul devices and systems over their operational lifetime. Our devices and systems are used for the following media or application areas: general machine construction/plant construction, steam boilers, steam superheaters, blocking steam heaters, power plants, oil preheaters, and oil temperature control (hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, heating oil, heat transfer oil, etc.), heat transfer systems, heating of nitrogen, technical gases, gas mixtures; heating of service water, drinking water in heating boilers, water-glycol mixtures; for use in exhaust gas cleaning/catalytic afterburning, as air heaters for heating rooms, in test stands, in drying ovens, painting systems, and in surface technology; for sterilization in the food industry; GMP-compliant for heating of pure water, WFI, sterile air in low dead space or dead space-free designs, for use as secondary control power, as Power2heat (Power-to-heat) systems, and electric hot water boilers.
