The Schnitzelmaster hand-operated tenderiser for restaurateurs, butchers and caterers – the Schnitzelmaster automated tenderiser for institutional kitchens and butchers. Either you beat the meat, a loud and not particularly clean job, or you "steak" it, which does not change the original meat quality but softens it instead. The Schnitzelmaster makes the difference. Using the "Mastern®" is a special procedure for tenderising meat (suitable for all cuts of boneless meat), whereby the meat fibres are stretched without being torn – retaining the character of fresh meat.
