SALINAS CORREDOR DO SOL extracts between 800 and 1000 tonnes of cooking salt every year using traditional craft methods. This 'white gold' is then exported to Europe and Africa in 1kg, 5kg, 10kg and 20kg bags, or in big-bags weighing 1 tonne. Our fleur de sel is a special 100% natural product, unprocessed and harvested in the traditional way. Our fleur de sel and Atlantic sea salt are certified by SATIVA, specialist in product inspections and controls, and we have adopted the HACCP system.
