Our products are manufactured on modern fully automated production systems. These are characterized by the highest quality and precision. Various in-process controls, from raw material testing to quality assurance of the end products, guarantee the production of high-end products. Customer requests are implemented by individually composing alloys and producing powder materials with different particle size distributions. An environmentally friendly manufacturing process, as well as the conduct of product-specific investigations up to the creation of technical documentation, are further quality features. Today, S&S Scheftner offers dental laboratories, milling centers, and OEM partners a wide range of compliant, precious metal-free (EMF) dental alloys made in Germany for all processing technologies, from conventional casting to milling and generative manufacturing using 3D printing, such as selective laser melting (SLM*).
