Not your classic restaurant, not a pizzeria, and not even an agriturismo... We love to define 'La Coppa' as a Rural Tasting Center. La Coppa is love, passion, suffering... Gabriella, Giorgia, and little Cesare (the Emperor) continue today what Gabriele and Giacomo had started and dreamed of so much. Everything served at the table is typically and strictly from the Marche region, starting with the extra virgin olive oil, produced directly by the Uguccioni and Brunetti families. Once seated at the table, as if aboard a time machine, one begins to travel in rediscovery of the ancient culinary traditions of the Marche, where abundant libations arise from a blend of imagination and tradition, all while respecting quality. This philosophy is reflected in the continuous search and selection of meats, cheeses, cured meats, legumes, vegetables, and excellent wines, all from artisanal production, with a special focus on Slow Food presidia and everything that is organic and natural.
