Vacuum soldering and several other joining technologies form the core competence of REUTER TECHNOLOGIE. We develop and manufacture high-precision, finely engineered products that contain vacuum-tight connections between metallic, ceramic, or crystalline materials. Our extensive experience in vacuum soldering is integrated into the complete component development process. REUTER TECHNOLOGIE employs experienced materials experts, physicists, and designers, as well as highly specialized skilled workers, who have access to state-of-the-art mechanical manufacturing facilities and a fully equipped testing center with a testing laboratory and clean room. The products of REUTER TECHNOLOGIE are not standard goods. They are solutions that arise from creativity and experience in handling materials during development, design, and manufacturing. They are individually tailored to meet the functional, qualitative, and economic requirements of our customers. We accompany development projects from the inquiry stage through prototype construction to series production, all from a single source. A dedicated, state-of-the-art testing and inspection center forms the basis for achieving significant advancements and documenting the attainment of qualitative and technological objectives. Among other things, helium leak tests, quantitative residual gas analyses, permeability measurements, 3D examinations, or particle counting can be conducted.
