After many years of traveling abroad and passionately studying the art of organic agriculture and the heritage of culinary excellence, I chose to share my obsession with a healthy lifestyle, stressing quality ingredients in my health conscious cuisine. Which, I now wish to share with others with similar obsession. With that in mind, I began to assemble a selection of small family farmers in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. These chosen farmers grow herbs and spices with love and care. Each and every product that I have selected has been sourced directly from the growers. These suppliers of our products qualified for our inventory, having been carefully produced under our close supervision to assure that only the best seeds, soil, water, and air are the only elements used in the process to provide you the top quality products. All our products are produced biologically free of any pesticides and chemical ingredients, packed and distributed directly by our farms.
