Rauschert Steinbach GmbH is one of the leading manufacturers of technical ceramics, plastic molded parts, and ignition components in Europe. Technical Ceramics: At the Steinbach site, Rauschert has been producing technical ceramics since 1910. We are a leader in the field of high-temperature ceramics (i.e., ceramics for electric heating technology) as well as high-voltage insulators and other components made from aluminum oxide, cordierite, and mullite. Key products include heating element carriers, multi-hole tubes, immersion measurement heads, sensor caps, high-voltage insulators, fuse cartridges, capillary tubes, laboratory ceramics, melting crucibles, and welding ceramics. Plastic Molded Parts: Since 1966, Rauschert has been producing technical plastic components from all thermoplastic materials. Through continuous investments in new production technologies and ongoing training and development of our employees, Rauschert is now among the modern manufacturers of plastic molded parts in Germany. And we are proud of that! At Rauschert, injection molded parts, two-component plastic parts, and system components are created according to your specifications. As a specialty, we manufacture composite components for special requirements. Ignition Components: As part of Rauschert's success story, the production of ceramic insulators for spark plugs and ignition electrodes began in the mid-1980s. Shortly thereafter, we developed the first complete ignition electrodes for the oil and gas burner market. Since 2006, we have also been producing ceramic heating elements for high temperatures, which are used, among other things, as glow igniters for pellet stoves. Today, our ignition component manufacturing includes fully automated cable assembly, a modern machine park for the production of electrodes, and a highly motivated team of developers and producers. The combination of "Made in Germany" and the cost advantages of low-cost locations have made us the leading provider of ignition systems for oil, gas, and solid fuel burners. Textile Ceramics: Rauschert's thread guides are highly valued worldwide as precision components. In the textile industry, it is also crucial that standardized as well as customized solutions continually go hand in hand with new ideas and developments. This has proven to be very effective.
