Our COMPANY Ploussakis olive oil is not new in the field. For decades, we have been producing our proprietary olive grove, which spans 25 acres, using traditional methods with the 'Koroneiki' olive variety. Due to the favorable climate and soil, our olive oil is of excellent quality, with an acidity level of 0.3%, which qualifies it as EXTRA VIRGIN. In recent years, our company has had the opportunity to bottle and standardize our product, moving away from selling in bulk like most Cretan producers, primarily targeting the Italian market. We want to ensure that our oil, produced with such care and dedication, reaches consumers while maintaining the same quality that led us to standardize our olive oil under our name over the past two years and to focus on the market. Our first destination is New York. However, we have made all available quantities accessible on our website for European countries in various glass bottle packaging. Special packaging with our 250 ml 'kanataki' glass bottles has been requested by various restaurants in Europe, as they want to offer their customers a standardized and sealed product. This way, customers can be assured that their salad contains genuine olive oil.
