Pero-System Messgeräte GmbH produces and distributes precision LED scanners. Our products include the Perometer image capture and analysis systems, the FigureCheck devices for body shape verification in the fitness sector, as well as measurement frames for industrial applications to determine geometric dimensions of objects and for object recognition. Light barrier units serve as sensors in a square measurement frame that scans the measurement objects. Object diameters of up to approximately half a meter can be detected; the current measurement length is up to about 1.7 m; larger lengths are feasible. In the European Union, our Perometer measurement systems are manufactured and certified as medical devices (Class I with measurement function). In non-European countries, they are not offered as medical devices.
