Parabellum Investments is a privately-owned, international investment firm. The firm primarily deploys its own funds and focuses on long-term, operational investment strategies. We see ourselves as entrepreneurial investors, different from other sources of business finance and notably private equity. By this, we mean that our mindset and operational style is similar to that of the management teams we work with, which helps us relate well and provide the best support at the right time for a business. We believe this more entrepreneurial investment approach works extremely well for many mid-market businesses. Parabellum Investments mostly invests its own money, generated through growth the firm has helped to create. Unlike many others, we do not rely on third party funds. We seek to identify strong growth opportunities, particularly for companies in specialist international sectors, and put our money behind management teams committed to developing the business. Parabellum Investments typically gives management stakes of up to 20% - which is roughly double the industry standard. Growth is our focus - we do not come in with our eyes on the exit - and we work closely with you to help achieve it.
