Steam, Hot and Superheated Water Generators High-performance, automatic, triple-pass gas-tube generators with an inversion chamber completely surrounded by water. The generators are designed according to the German boiler construction code TRD, using Siemens-Martin mild steel plates and tubes in their construction. These are water-tube pyro-steam generators consisting of a pre-furnace with cooled tubular walls (membrane wall) connected to the pressure body, through three collectors (two for water descent, at the bottom, and one for water/steam ascent, at the top). They are externally coated with ceramic fibers and insulating panels and are free of refractories. The firing grates are made of refractory steel and are guaranteed for 5 years.

Advanced Cyclone Systems guarantees compliance with current legislation exclusively with cyclone systems, called Hurricane or ReCyclone .

The use of gas economizers and primary and secondary air preheating allows for yields of over 90%.
