The DB 1 is a versatile winding and bandaging machine with a separate control panel and foot pedals. It is specifically designed for wire winding or bandaging small ring cores, depending on the respective equipment. Due to the variety of its winding and bandaging heads and the extensive special accessories, it is suitable for many winding tasks. Furthermore, the winding speed can be optimally adjusted to operational working conditions thanks to the stepless electronic speed control. The feed and head drive are coupled as NC axes. The roller pressure is applied pneumatically or mechanically, depending on the version. Corrosion-prone parts are treated galvanically. All drives have sufficient reserves to achieve the longest possible service life even under the most demanding operating conditions.
