The DB 20 is a wire winding machine designed for winding ring cores with rectangular, round, or square cross-sections. Thanks to the electronic speed control, the winding speed can be adjusted continuously within the selected program's gear ratio, allowing for optimal adaptation to working conditions. Operation is carried out via a touchscreen display. All winding parameters such as winding speed, direction of the winding head, laying feed, and the number of turns are entered through this interface. The winding process is carried out automatically according to the stored and selected program (up to 50 programs possible). The individual operating modes are controlled by a PLC.
