By separating the flour particles that are stuck to and trapped within the bran, it prevents flour loss and increases efficiency. Thanks to the special paddles on the horizontally rotating rotor, the flour is separated from the bran as it is flung towards the sieve. The product, directed by centrifugal force, strikes the sieve with a pre-selected pore size. This way, the flour particles are directed outside the sieve, while the bran is channeled to the exit from the inside.
