The rotary motion is transferred to the sieve shaft through a belt-pulley mechanism driven by an electric motor. The unbalanced sieve weights attached to the sieve shaft enable the sieve to perform a vibrational motion. To adjust the amplitude of the vibration, the position of the sieve weights can be modified around the sieve shaft. To facilitate smooth vibration, the sieve is suspended from the ceiling of its location using composite rods.
Thanks to this vibrational motion, specially designed sieve housings classify the incoming product based on particle size. The product to be sieved is sent to the sieving area through one or more inlet pipes. Various types of silk-coated housings allow separation into seven channels. This section directs the product towards the outlet via the channel. After sieving, the product is sent to the outlet pipe on the lower plate. Additionally, there are observation pipes for monitoring and tracking the product. Sieves with 4, 6, 8, and 10 passages are produced.
