Since 1984, MIKRO-M GmbH has been developing and producing testing devices for surge protection, initially custom test automation systems for industrial use in quality assurance, ranging from simple testing stations to complex testing and sorting systems that perform millions of tests per year. MIKRO-M positions itself as a system provider, offering necessary support throughout the entire lifecycle of the system with calibration, commissioning, training, programming, expansion, updates, and repair services. We have enclosures, circuit boards, and mechanical components made by professionals, preferably from the region. We focus on our core competency: assembling the devices, populating the circuit boards, and hand soldering as is done in a manufactory. Each device is thoroughly tested and adjusted at the end. Over time, more and more standardizable solutions are crystallizing out, leading to the development of series products. Testing technology, originally developed for complex testing in production, is now also available as a handy device.
