MICROPRECISION ELECTRONICS SA

Microprecision Electronics SA is a Swiss company founded in 1956 in the Lake Geneva region. The company started as a supplier to the watch industry for turned parts. The knowledge and experience in manufacturing precise mechanical components led to the development of microswitches. Due to the success of these switches, Microprecision focused entirely on the production of this product line, particularly on sealed microswitches. Today, these microswitches are distributed and used worldwide. Due to the growing demand from America, Microprecision established its own subsidiary in Minneapolis, MN, in 2005. This allowed for even better support for American customers. With the acquisition of the LEDCO Division of Wilbrecht Electronics Inc. in 2008, the presence in the US market was further expanded.
