Washer-Dryer Lab-10

Washing machine for the external cleaning of glass bottles and jars. The Lab-10 model is designed for integration into bottling lines with production rates of up to 1200 bottles/hour (for higher production rates, other models are available up to 10,000 bottles/hour). Thanks to the integrated drive motor and its compact dimensions, installation is straightforward and feasible in any condition. The machine is equipped with a series of devices for thorough cleaning of all parts of the bottle: - adjustable height upper brush for cleaning the cap - lower brush for cleaning the bottom - vertical central brush, rotating at high speed, for washing the entire surface of the bottle. Once the bottle has been washed, two stainless steel blowing blades, powered by a high-pressure fan, dry the entire surface to allow for labeling.
