Melfor vinegar, created in 1922, is a condiment made from alcohol vinegar, honey, and herbal infusion. Thus, the vinegar, which has an amber color, is derived from diluted beet alcohol, which is modified through acetic fermentation, filtered, and then diluted again with water. It will enhance dishes gently. Melfor l’Original vinegar is available in 50 and 100cl bottles. The range also includes other versions, such as Melfor Côté Epices, Melfor Côté Sud, Melfor Spécial conserves, and Melfor Côté balsamique.
