I am Marija, an HR professional and MfN Registered Mediator. I am the owner of Maksimovic HR & Mediation and advise clients on HR matters such as establishing personnel policies, setting up/updating employment conditions, creating an appraisal and performance cycle, and providing guidance on absenteeism, including frequent and long-term sickness absence and reintegration support in accordance with the Gatekeeper Improvement Act. Additionally, I mediate in labor disputes as an MfN registered mediator, helping parties reach a mutually acceptable solution.
