In addition to filtration, compressed-air drying contributes significantly to an increase in process reliability. Humidity in compressed-air systems causes corrosion, and promotes the growth of micro-organisms. In individual cases, condensate emerges at the point of use - an ongoing danger for the operational flow, for example because of failing pneumatic controls, increased wear and tear or because of other disturbances in the production process. With considerably enhanced process reliability, the DRYPOINT dryer technology offers decisive advantages for every field of application. The BEKO TECHNOLOGIES portfolio comprises application-optimised refrigeration, adsorption and membrane dryers for volumes up to 1,500 m³/h. This range of dryers is completed by heat-regenerated EVERDRY adsorption dryers which are designed for large volume flows up to 20,000 m³/h.

The generation of compressed air is always connected with the formation of condensate. In most cases, this condensate contains oil, is contaminated with dirt particles and spreads out in the entire compressed-air system. A system problem which can result in damage and additional costs. The BEKOMAT drains condensate in the compressed-air system in an electronically level-controlled manner. More than 3,000,000 installations worldwide make it the industrial standard for reliable and cost-effective condensate drainage.

Poppe + Potthoff Maschinenbau GmbH supplies compressor units and pressure control systems of up to 400 bar for various gases. We offer ready-to-connect units to increase the existing pressure for pneumatic and hydraulic applications. In this way, the performance of existing systems can be increased flexibly and efficiently. Our compressor units are used wherever the existing system pressure is insufficient to implement specific applications. Of course, our systems are UL or CE compliant as required. Hi-Tec Shut-Off Impulse Tool. The lightweight Yokota YLT series impulse wrenches with double chamber air motor achieve the required torque very quickly. The tools have a high number of impulses per second, and therefore very accurate torques can be realised, resulting in increased production speed. Design innovation and the application of new materials significantly reduce the weight and increase the service intervals. Yokota impulse wrenches are widely used for tightening jobs in the assembly industry, where accurate torque tolerances are necessary.
