PNEUMATIC CENTERING DEVICE WITH MOTORIZED ROLLERS (MOD. CP-FM) MANUFACTURERS VERSION Feeder - centering device useful for centering boxes max width mm. 650 and max weight kg. 50. Can be combined with automatic taping and labeling machines. The box centering machine mod. CP-FM consists of a motorized roller conveyor and two pneumatically operated side guides. The metal parts are painted with epoxy powder while the other components are galvanized. The pneumatic centering device with motorized rollers is a module for builders to be completed and adapted to an automatic line. It is available in two versions: Manufacturers version and "plug and play" version: In the "manufacturers" version, the centering device is supplied complete with: - Motorized roller conveyor with start and stop button and emergency mushroom, at a fixed speed of 15 meters / minute - Pneumatic tail lifts and compressed air system up to the gate movement management valve.

Redler type chain conveyors are designed for horizontal and inclined (up to 60°) transport of bulk materials such as pellets, sawdust, wood dust, wood chips etc. They are used as devices for loading and unloading silos, hammer mills, pellet mills and simultaneously for combining separate sections of technological lines. The drive section is equipped as standard with NORD company gear motors, rotation monitoring sensors and inspection hatches with overflow sensors. Drive shaft, on which flywheel is installed, is mounted in high-quality self-aligning ball bearings (SKF or SNR) Thanks to its construction tensioning section ensures constant optimum chain tension. Intermediate sections have length of 2000 mm as standard, but if necessary, section with non-standard length can be made. Bottom of conveyor is lined with antistatic, wear-resistant material (polyethylene PE 1000), which ensures low noise level.

Our company offers BT series belt dryers from GermanSTELA Laxhuber GmbHand ATSS series from Polish company AMS elektronik. They are equipped with our proprietary control system and are designed for drying shredded biomass, such as sawdust, microchips, straw, etc. They feature a lower temperature of the drying factor than in drum dryers. The drying factor can be hot water with a temperature of up to 90°C, a glycol-based heating fluid with a maximum temperature of 120°C or, just like in drum dryers, hot air, but not exceeding 100°C.The upper temperature limit of the drying agent is imposed by the physical and chemical properties of the belt material. Belt dryers in the BT and ATSS series can achieve a capacity of 2 to 15 t/h.
