We are a producer and manufacturer of artisanal flours and pasta for 2 years in Saint Sulpice de Faleyrens 33. Our specialty is that we control our production from field to plate for the greatest pleasure of our French customers. We cultivate various cereals using sustainable agriculture (HVE3 certified since 2019), including soft wheat and spelt, keeping part of the harvest to make our flours and pasta. Our flours are made cold on granite millstones from Tarn, and our mill is French-made, thus preserving all the nutrients of the cereals. Our pasta is egg-free, salt-free, preservative-free, and additive-free to guarantee an incomparable taste and quality.
