HyperTEX® Repellix is 2 component silicone elastomer which is addition curing system. It is suitable for direct printing by adding HyperTEX® Active Catalyst into the silicone. (100:1-100:3) After catalyst is added in silicone, curing starts. Curing time can be accelerated with high temperatures. . The amount of catalyst can be changed depending on the applied temperature. HyperTEX® Active Retarder can be used to extend screen open time in extreme climates. Pallets should be preheated to 60°C before printing to produce best results. Recommended curing temperature is below 140°C.

SURFECO® PLUS is a super-spreading surfactant based on a trisiloxane ethoxylate, a silicone polyether copolymer with 550 molecular weight. SURFECO® PLUS has super-spreading properties in aqueous solutions while remaining stable in formulations from pH 5 - 8. SURFECO® PLUS can reduce surface tension in aqueous solutions at use levels up to 1.0 % by weight. Typical recommended starting level is 0.1 %. Velzon® KEY is a versatile and effective product for the dispersion and leveling performance even with high molecular weight dyestuff on substrates such as polyester fibres, yarns and fabrics. Velzon® KEY is suitable for use on polyester fiberes, yarns, and fabrics. It gives the desired result in low doses. Texamin® RUSTIC is a textile softener low-viscosity macro emulsion of a high molecular weight silicone fluid. Charma® FELIX gives the fabric excellent hydrophilicity and slipperiness. Charma® FELIX had a very low yellowing effect on the treated fabrics. Charma® FELIX is applied by padding and exhaustion.
