SPIROL offers a range of stainless steel austenitic spring washers in diameters ranging from Ø8 mm to Ø71 mm. Austenitic stainless steel is typically used for static and low-cycle applications that require a high level of corrosion resistance. It performs very well in fresh water and marine atmospheric conditions, and is suitable for many other industrial environments, including acidic conditions. This material continues to harden with use, so its lifespan is limited, but its creep resistance is good.
SPIROL supplies individual spring washers as well as pre-stacked spring washers in custom configurations, packaged in shrink film with a perforated tab for easy assembly.
