Kurtz GmbH is your contact for foundry and foam machines. Since 1971, we have been producing foam machines and are experts in machines that manufacture molded parts from expanded polystyrene (EPS), expanded polypropylene (EPP), and also expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (E-TPU). As a competent partner in the supply of complete systems for processing particle foams, we have built up enormous process knowledge over 45 years. Nevertheless, there are applications that require special solutions. Here, Kurtz offers a wide range of special machines that are tailored precisely to the customer's requirements. We do not see our machines merely as production facilities; rather, the optimization of the processing process is at the center. Over the years, many processes have been developed and patented or protected by utility model by Kurtz. Kurtz GmbH has been producing casting machines since 1983 and has since developed into a specialist for low-pressure and gravity casting machines as well as deburring presses. The product range in the area of low-pressure casting extends from casting machines with steel molds to machines that operate with so-called lost molds made of sand, plaster, or ceramics. Kurtz low-pressure casting machines can be configured for aluminum and magnesium alloys. Safe, efficient, and reproducible deburring processes are guaranteed by the perfect interplay of fast hydraulics, precise mechanics, reliable measuring systems, and user-friendly controls. Both casting machines and deburring systems can be delivered as fully automated units upon request. All components and assemblies are optimally coordinated. The customer receives planning, engineering, process and tool technology, melting technology, furnace technology, automation, peripherals, and complete casting lines from Kurtz.
