We are a close-knit, experienced team from various backgrounds: Yoga, Pilates, fitness. We all share a love and passion for disciplines that allow us to know, explore, nurture, and enhance the potential of both body and mind. We are here to put our knowledge and experience at the service of students, from beginners to the more experienced. We teach various styles of Yoga, bodyweight Pilates, and Pilates with the latest generation machines, as well as functional and calisthenics training. We are located in the Bicocca district, between universities and offices, in a magnificent industrial loft within Building 16. Spacious rooms (200 sqm), high ceilings, and natural light help create a relaxing and airy environment for practicing these disciplines. The rooms are also acoustically insulated, completing the sense of peace. The studio is equipped with two showers, as well as restrooms and changing rooms with lockers. Single lessons, packages, and quarterly or annual subscriptions can be purchased. We also practice corporate agreements.
